Terms

At Ekira, all products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 days (local) and 7 days (interstate).

No Return / No Exchange

  • We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.
  • Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Damaged Product Exception

  • A return/refund is only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A complete parcel opening video is mandatory to raise any claim.
  • The video must:
    • Show the sealed package before opening
    • Be recorded continuously without cuts
    • Clearly display the damage
  • No video = No claim

Claim Timeline

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
  • Claims after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Process (If Approved)

  • If the claim is preliminarily accepted:
    • The customer must send the product back to Ekira’s physical address.
    • Return shipping will be borne by the customer (unless stated otherwise).

Inspection & Final Approval

  • Once the returned product is received:
    • Our team will conduct a thorough quality check.
    • The return/refund will be processed only if the product meets all eligibility conditions.
    • If the claim does not meet requirements, it will be rejected.

Refund Processing

  • If approved after inspection:
    • Refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit, with in 48 hrs as decided by Ekira.

Important

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order. This is the only valid proof for any damage-related claims.
